This is why it is our chosen software with all our CMM machines. The software has an excellent user interface which makes programming very efficient resulting in smooth and timely measurement routines.
We offer expert CMM training over various levels, from level 1 (beginner) to level 2 (Advanced). All courses are completely flexible, to suit trainees and employers alike. We can be conduct training either onsite in our own modern inspection facility located at our head office or at your own facility if required.
As well as the professional training courses, we also offer training in advanced measurement, introductions to Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), beginner and advanced understanding of engineering drawings, and non-contact optical measurement.
Training Goal
Our goal is to ensure all our trainees are fully competent to construct fully operational & accurate CMM programs to help with their day-to-day tasks. Training certificates will be issued upon completion of each level delivered. To help assist further, Full telephone support also available after completion.
Modern Inspection Facilities
Our ISO-accredited measurement laboratories utilises the latest CMM technology and software, offering a full range of ultra accurate inspection, measurement, reporting and programming services. Our ISO:17025 compliant metrology laboratory is fully temperature controlled 24 hours a day – The perfect environment to help minimise factors that contribute to measurement uncertainty, especially when we are measuring to the micron. All our CMM machines use the latest versions of PC-DMIS, probably the most recognised software in the industry. Our inspection laboratory is externally audited annually to ISO9001, AS9120 and TS29001.
